What Happens During a Session
This workshop is a guided nervous system reset — a space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your body.
Each session blends breathwork, sound healing, Reiki, and intentional rest to support release, regulation, and grounding. Gentle breathing practices help shift the body out of stress, sound vibrations calm the mind and release stored tension, while Reiki offers subtle energetic support to encourage balance, ease, and deep relaxation.
This is not about forcing anything — it’s about listening to your body and allowing regulation to unfold naturally. Come as you are — tired, curious, or simply needing space to breathe.

What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a transformational meditative process that uses rhythmic breathing techniques to help regulate the nervous system, reduce anxiety and stress, unlock old emotional patterns, and release stored trauma.
Do I need any prior experience?
No, breathwork is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Most events provide an overview at the start to help newcomers understand what to expect.
What happens during a breathwork session?
Typically, a session includes a grounding meditation, an introduction to breathwork, the breathwork practice itself, and a closing integration period. You'll be guided through specific breathing techniques and may experience emotional releases and insights.
How Does Emotional Release Work?
Emotional release through breathwork, such as Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB), works by using controlled breathing techniques to access and release stored emotions. The goal is to help you process and let go of stored emotions, leading to greater emotional freedom and well-being.
What Can I Expect During an Emotional Release Session?
You may experience a range of emotions, from joy and excitement to sadness and grief. You might feel physical sensations such as warmth, tingling, or shaking. These are normal and often a sign that the practice is working. It's common to feel a sense of catharsis as you release pent-up emotions.
Is Emotional Release Safe for Everyone?
Emotional release breathwork can be transformative, but not suitable for everyone. If you have a history of psychosis, seizure disorders, cardiovascular issues, high blood pressure, recent injuries or surgeries, panic attacks, or are pregnant, it's best to consult a healthcare professional first.
How Long Does an Emotional Release Session Last?
Sessions typically last around 1 hour, with the breathwork portion lasting 30 minutes and a grounding meditation and journaling to conclude the session. Participants are also encouraged to process their experiences with the community and facilitators.
Is Breathwork Safe?
Yes, breathwork is generally considered safe for most people. It is a natural and activating practice that helps individuals connect with their breath and emotions. However, it's important to listen to your body and consult with a healthcare professional if you have any underlying health concerns.
Can I Get a Refund if I Change My Mind?
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
