Taylor Washington
(virtual)

My name is Taylor, and I care deeply about supporting clients on their journey toward feeling more whole. You may be navigating overwhelm, grief, uncertainty, depression, trauma, or a sense that parts of you feel disconnected or out of alignment. Life shapes us in complex ways, and I aim to create a space where we can explore the layers of your unique experience together.
I believe therapy is not about fixing or rushing healing, but about learning how to be with
yourself more honestly and compassionately. At your pace, we will tune into your emotions, nervous system, and personal story, while cultivating insight and practices that help you feel more grounded, connected, and at home in yourself and in your relationships.
True healing can occur when people feel seen, heard, and understood. I strive to offer a space where vulnerability feels safe, where curiosity is welcomed, and where meaning can be explored without judgment. It is an honor and privilege to walk alongside clients as they deepen self- understanding, heal intergenerational wounds, and reconnect with hope, creativity, and purpose.
Mission
MY

My Approach
My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, and non pathologizing. I work from a psychodynamic and culturally responsive framework, integrating somatic work and parts-based perspectives to help clients reconnect with their inner wisdom and better understand the patterns that shape their lives and relationships. I believe therapy is something we define together. Rather than relying on labels or prescribing a single “right” way to heal, I’m interested in helping you discover what feels meaningful and supportive for you. Our work is grounded in curiosity, attunement, and respect for your lived experience with your mind, body, culture, and history included.
As a clinician of color, I am especially mindful of how identity, culture, power, and systemic factors show up in the therapy space. I am passionate about serving underserved and marginalized communities and offering a therapeutic relationship where clients feel represented, understood, and affirmed.
My commitment is to meet you with warmth, honesty, and dignity while keeping it real. This is your space, and I’m here to walk alongside you through the questions, the growth, the grief, and the transformation toward greater agency, clarity, belonging, and ease.
