MY
Story
My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by my experiences in healthcare, advocacy, and working with individuals and families navigating some of life’s most difficult moments. These experiences have deepened my understanding of how our relationships, early experiences, and the environments we grow up in can shape the way we see ourselves and connect with others.

Throughout my work, particularly with individuals and families impacted by domestic violence, I’ve witnessed the strength it takes to navigate unhealthy relationships, break generational patterns, and begin rebuilding a sense of self. I’ve seen how easily we can lose ourselves while trying to meet the expectations of others, maintain relationships, or simply get through each day.

I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals healing from narcissistic and emotionally abusive relationships, as well as women navigating pregnancy, postpartum experiences, perinatal trauma, and the emotional transitions that come with motherhood.

I recognize that these experiences can bring feelings of grief, anxiety, guilt, self-doubt, and even a loss of identity. Sometimes, the hardest part is finding our way back to ourselves after spending so much time caring for others or surviving difficult circumstances.

I believe healing isn’t about fixing what’s wrong with us. It’s about understanding what we’ve experienced, recognizing the patterns we’ve developed to protect ourselves, and creating space to reconnect with who we are.

My goal is to provide a space where you don’t have to hold everything together, explain yourself perfectly, or navigate life’s challenges alone.
My mission is to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as you navigate life’s challenges.

I’m particularly passionate about helping individuals recognize unhealthy relationship patterns, heal from emotional and relational trauma, and rebuild trust in themselves. I also have a strong interest in supporting women through the emotional complexities of pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, and perinatal experiences that may not have unfolded as expected.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, processing trauma, navigating relationship challenges, or feeling disconnected from yourself, I want you to know that your experiences matter.

Together, we’ll explore the experiences that have shaped you, recognize the strengths you already carry, and develop tools that support emotional regulation, self-compassion, and healthier connections.

I believe meaningful change happens when we feel safe enough to explore our experiences without judgment and begin making choices that align with who we truly are.
Mission
MY

My Approach
I take a collaborative, trauma-informed, and attachment-based approach to therapy, integrating solution-focused, relational, and experiential techniques to meet your unique needs and goals.

I am trained in Attachment-Informed EMDR, an evidence-based therapy that helps individuals process traumatic experiences, reduce emotional distress, and address patterns that impact relationships, self-worth, and emotional well-being. I also incorporate grounding and emotional regulation techniques to support greater self-awareness and healing.

I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals recovering from narcissistic abuse, unhealthy family dynamics, attachment wounds, and relational trauma. My training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders also supports my work with women navigating pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and the emotional transitions of motherhood.

Together, we can explore past experiences, strengthen boundaries, rebuild self-trust, and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

Above all, I want therapy to be a space where you feel safe, understood, and accepted as you are. You don't need to have everything figured out. We'll start where you are and move forward together.
