In this 90-minute journey, you'll be guided through conscious connected breathwork, somatic awareness, and reflective practices that support emotional release and integration. Expect a nurturing environment where you can safely feel, express, and process what arises without judgment, allowing your body and nervous system to let go of what no longer serves you.


No prior experience is necessary — just an open mind and a willingness to breathe, feel, and trust your own process. ✨

There are emotions we carry that were never meant to stay with us forever.


Unspoken grief. Lingering hurt. Old disappointments. Feelings that have been pushed aside in order to keep moving forward.


Over time, these emotional experiences can settle into the body, influencing how we feel, respond, and relate to ourselves and others.


This breathwork experience is an invitation to gently let go.

Through the power of conscious connected breathing, you'll be guided into a safe and supportive space where emotions can be acknowledged, expressed, and released with compassion. Rather than suppressing or avoiding what arises, you'll be encouraged to meet your inner experience with curiosity, presence, and self-acceptance.


This is not about forcing healing or reliving the past.


It is about creating space.

As a continuation of the shadow work journey, this experience supports the natural process of emotional release and integration, helping you reconnect with the wisdom of your body and the freedom that comes from allowing emotions to move through rather than remain held within.

Important Information About Conscious Connected Breathwork:


Breathwork can bring up deep emotional releases and somatic experiences, including:

  • Tingling, buzzing, or energy movement throughout the body

  • Emotional catharsis and the release of long-held emotions

  • Physical sensations like muscle tightness (tetany)

  • Feelings of deep relaxation, clarity, and renewal

  • Transformative insights and spiritual connection


Every experience is unique, and all emotions that arise are valid and welcomed in this transformative space.



Contraindications:

Breathwork is a powerful healing tool, but it may not be suitable for individuals with:

  • Severe PTSD or unmanaged anxiety disorders

  • Major heart conditions or high blood pressure

  • A history of seizures, strokes, or schizophrenia

  • Pregnancy (due to deep diaphragmatic breathing effects)

12:00 PM : Welcome & Intention Setting

We’ll begin by grounding into the present moment and creating a safe, supportive space for emotional release and healing. You'll be introduced to conscious connected breathing and invited to slow down, connect with your body, and set an intention for your journey.

Through gentle reflection and awareness practices, you'll begin noticing where emotions, tension, or stress may be held—preparing the body and mind to soften, release, and make space for greater ease and freedom. ✨

12:15 PM : Conscious Connected Breathwork

We’ll move into a guided Conscious Connected Breathwork journey designed to support emotional release, healing, and renewal. Through intentional breathing, you'll be invited to gently explore and express emotions that may be ready to move, creating space for greater awareness, clarity, and self-compassion.

This practice helps release stored emotional tension, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect you with a deeper sense of freedom, presence, and inner peace. ✨

12:45 PM : Sound Healing + Reiki Energy Work

We’ll transition into Sound Healing and Reiki to support relaxation, grounding, and emotional integration. As the body settles from the breathwork journey, these gentle healing modalities help calm the nervous system, deepen rest, and create space for whatever has been released to be processed with ease.

This phase encourages balance, restoration, and a deeper sense of inner peace as you reconnect with yourself in a state of openness and renewal. ✨

1:00 PM : Reflection and Integration

We’ll close with a gentle reflection and integration practice, giving you space to honor what was released, noticed, and experienced throughout the journey. If you feel called, you’ll have an opportunity to share insights and connect with the supportive energy of the group.

Together, we’ll end with grounding practices to help you fully integrate the experience, leaving you feeling lighter, centered, and supported as you carry this sense of renewal into your daily life. ✨



I’m Virginia Wilcsek, a licensed therapist and certified breathwork practitioner with experience in trauma-informed and somatic healing. I help individuals regulate their nervous system, process stored trauma, and build emotional resilience through guided breathwork and evidence-based practices. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space for self-exploration, personal growth, and transformation.


I specialize in combining holistic wellness approaches with practical tools to help you reconnect with your inner strength, release what no longer serves you, and cultivate lasting emotional balance.



We’re honored to welcome Mahtaab Khanjari, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, as co-host of this workshop. Mahtaab brings clinical expertise and a grounded presence to guide participants through shadow work and breathwork, supporting deeper self-awareness and transformation.




We’re honored to welcome back our special guest Reiki Practitioner, Lindy Morrow, who will be offering gentle, grounding energy work throughout the session. Her presence adds another layer of support, helping participants settle more deeply into their process of release and renewal. Through Reiki, she invites a sense of balance and calm, complementing the breathwork experience and encouraging a steady connection between body, mind, and emotion.


Together, we’re here to hold space for your journey, offering guidance, tools, and support as you embrace your authentic self and unlock the transformative potential of this practice.
