Step into a safe and supportive space designed to help you meet the parts of yourself that often go unseen. This guided breathwork experience invites you to gently explore your Shadow Self, cultivate compassion for what has been suppressed, and reconnect with your inner wholeness.
In this 90-minute journey, you’ll be guided through conscious connected breathwork, somatic awareness, and reflective practices that support gentle self-inquiry and integration. Expect a nurturing environment where you can slow down, observe without judgment, and begin building a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
No prior experience is necessary — just curiosity and a willingness to meet yourself with care.

Not because they are wrong—but because they once felt too much, too unsafe, or too overwhelming to express.
Maybe they hold your anger.

This workshop is not about fixing these parts of you.
It is about meeting them.
With breath as your guide, you’ll be supported in gently turning inward—creating space to notice, acknowledge, and begin integrating the parts of yourself that have been pushed aside.
This is a practice of coming home to yourself, slowly and safely.

Important Information About Conscious Connected Breathwork:
Breathwork can bring up deep emotional releases and somatic experiences, including:
Tingling, buzzing, or energy movement throughout the body
Emotional catharsis and the release of long-held emotions
Physical sensations like muscle tightness (tetany)
Feelings of deep relaxation, clarity, and renewal
Transformative insights and spiritual connection
Every experience is unique, and all emotions that arise are valid and welcomed in this transformative space.
Contraindications:
Breathwork is a powerful healing tool, but it may not be suitable for individuals with:
Severe PTSD or unmanaged anxiety disorders
Major heart conditions or high blood pressure
A history of seizures, strokes, or schizophrenia
Pregnancy (due to deep diaphragmatic breathing effects)

AGENDA
12:00 PM : Welcome & Intention Setting
We’ll begin by grounding into the present moment and creating space to gently meet the parts of ourselves that are often hidden or protected. You’ll be introduced to conscious connected breathing in a safe, supportive space as you begin exploring your Shadow Self with curiosity.
Through simple reflection prompts, you’ll set an intention and begin noticing tension, resistance, or patterns in the body and mind—opening the door to greater awareness and self-acceptance.
12:15 PM : Conscious Connected Breathwork
We’ll move into conscious connected breathwork to support inner awareness and emotional exploration. In this 30-minute journey, you’ll gently meet your Shadow Self, observe patterns, and allow what arises to be witnessed with compassion.
This practice supports presence, softens resistance, and helps you move toward greater inner integration and wholeness.
12:45 PM : Sound Healing + Reiki Energy Work
We’ll transition into Sound Healing and Reiki to support grounding and integration. The sound and energy work help calm the nervous system and allow the body to process what has surfaced.
This phase supports balance, softness, and emotional settling.
1:00 PM : Reflection and Integration
We’ll close with a gentle written reflection, honoring what has been seen and experienced. If you feel called, you may share, followed by a collective breath and grounding practice.
We’ll end by anchoring the presence, awareness, and self-trust you’ve cultivated—leaving you feeling grounded, supported, and connected to your whole self.

I’m Virginia Wilcsek, a licensed therapist and certified breathwork practitioner with experience in trauma-informed and somatic healing. I help individuals regulate their nervous system, process stored trauma, and build emotional resilience through guided breathwork and evidence-based practices. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space for self-exploration, personal growth, and transformation.
I specialize in combining holistic wellness approaches with practical tools to help you reconnect with your inner strength, release what no longer serves you, and cultivate lasting emotional balance.

We’re honored to welcome Mahtaab Khanjari, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, as co-host of this workshop. Mahtaab brings clinical expertise and a grounded presence to guide participants through shadow work and breathwork, supporting deeper self-awareness and transformation.

We’re honored to welcome back our special guest Reiki Practitioner, Lindy Morrow, who will be offering gentle, grounding energy work throughout the session. Her presence adds another layer of support, helping participants settle more deeply into their process of release and renewal. Through Reiki, she invites a sense of balance and calm, complementing the breathwork experience and encouraging a steady connection between body, mind, and emotion.
Together, we’re here to hold space for your journey, offering guidance, tools, and support as you embrace your authentic self and unlock the transformative potential of this practice.
