Breathwork:
A Pathway to Inner Calm and Empowerment
At The Transcending Pathway, we believe in the power of breath as a transformative tool for personal growth, self-discovery, and emotional resilience. More than just deep breathing, breathwork is an intentional practice that activates the body’s natural ability to regulate, release, and restore balance. Through guided breathing techniques, it supports emotional processing, calms the nervous system, and fosters a deeper connection between your mind and body.
We integrate it into therapy because stress and trauma can disrupt natural breathing and disconnect you from the body, and breathwork helps restore presence, balance, and inner resilience through gentle reconnection with yourself.

At The Transcending Pathway
Our team is made up of licensed professionals and coaches, each of us are ACEIPs-certified, EMDR-trained, Narcissistic Abuse Recovery trained and certified, and with individual specialized areas. We bring a shared passion for supporting individuals through trauma-informed care, blending evidence-based techniques with compassionate, somatic approaches.
We also offer coaching rooted in somatic work — helping clients regulate the nervous system, release trauma stored in the body, and foster emotional healing. Through this integrative lens, we support individuals in building tools, reconnecting with themselves, and stepping into their full potential.
We are committed to creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore personal growth, release what no longer serves you, and empower yourself for the future.
Let’s take this journey together and embrace life and self-empowerment.
